Our Beliefs

We believe the Bible is the inerrant, infallible Word of God, and according to 2 Timothy 3:16 is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteous.

We believe salvation only comes by believing on the work God did through Jesus Christ on the cross of Calvary.  We believe that according to Acts 4:12, "salvation is found in no other name, except Jesus Christ."  We believe an individual has to be "born again" to enter the Kingdom of God.

We believe in one God who exists in three distinct persons.  We believe in the virgin birth of Jesus Christ.  We believe the Holy Spirit was given on the Day of Pentecost to equip the believer for service in the Kingdom of God.

We believe in consistently celebrating the Lord's Supper as an act of obedience in remembering His broken body and precious blood which was shed for us.

We believe that water baptism is necessary, not for salvation purposes, but as an act of obedience to the Word of God.  We believe baptism is an analogy to the death, burial and resurrection of our Lord.

We believe in the manifestation of the gifts of the Spirit.  We believe according to Mark 16:1, "These signs shall follow them that believe; in my name they shall cast out devils, they shall speak with new tongues, they shall tread upon serpents, and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them."

We believe in giving to the work of the Lord, even as God has blessed us.

We believe in honoring the Lord with our substance, and the first fruit of our increased according to Proverbs 3:9.
