B.L.A.S.T  MINISTRY
Believers Learning And Standing Tall 4 Jesus Christ

The heart of youth ministry is building meaningful relationships with the children and helping them become faithful followers of Jesus Christ. Our B.L.A.S.T Ministry is designed for youth development and growth in the knowledge of Jesus Christ. We believe that children are a gift from God that we should handle with the utmost love and care. God has appointed parents as the primary religious instructors of their children. The role of the church is to assist in a cooperative effort of that task.

There are various activities and programs used to accomplish this goal such as monthly meetings, youth activities/trips, youth Sunday involvement in worship service, Sunday school and Bible study. This ministry is also used to assist our youth by providing knowledge and training in things pertaining to life skills, respect, peer pressure, effective decision making and conflict resolution. With spiritual role models the youth have the opportunity to bounce ideas off of, seek advice from, discuss, learn and grow from each other, everyday situations and struggles while still making the Word of God the focal point of emphasis. 

In addition, the B.L.A.S.T Ministry partners with other ministries to provide opportunities for assistance in order to accomplish each ministries' overall goals and objectives within the church and community. A great youth ministry is a church within a church that work together for the Kingdom of God. Our Youth Director and team, work hand in hand with and are focused on all youth within the congregation/church. Not only focusing on things surrounding the church but inspiring success at home, within the community and in the classroom with quarterly incentives while on their individual walks with the Lord.
